Shipping policy

After payment is received shipping standard will be 5-7 business days,but could take up to 10 business days depending on postal offices weekend and holiday hours/schedule. Shipping times can also be affected by things beyond our control such as inclement weather. Please ensure that the mailing address is correct; Kingdom Citizen will provide a tracking number once item/s are shipped. Kingdom Citizen is not responsible for damaged or lost packages; please contact your local post office regarding your merchandise if those issues were to occur.
